UK Orders:

• Free shipping within the UK
• Free Standard Delivery within 48 hours
• Next Day Delivery - £6.95

EU Orders:

• Free shipping customs/duties paid for EU orders
• Free Standard Delivery within 2-4 working days

Please note that there may be local courier delays affecting EU deliveries and orders may take up to 4-6 days to be delivered.

Rest Of World

• Delivery can take up to 11 working days

Returns

I want to return my item, what do I do?

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

Please email us at hei@forestspafinland.com prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required. 

I purchased from Amazon, what do I do?

If your item was purchased on Amazon, then please contact us through Amazon's Messaging Service to arrange your return/refund. We are unable to handle and process returns for products purchased via Amazon unless you contact us through the Amazon interface.

Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
