EU Shipping Update

We currently ship within the EU to Sweden, Finland, France and Germany. This is due to new EU Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations, which require brands to register separately in each country before shipping packaged goods.

We are completing these registrations and will add more EU destinations as they are approved.

Returns

Free returns within 14 days

We're happy to refund any unused product returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Return postage is free.

This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you bought from another retailer, please contact them about their returns.

UK orders

  1. Open the returns portal from your order tracking or shipping email.
  2. Choose the item, quantity and reason, then download your free return label.
  3. Post the parcel back.

EU and rest of world orders

  1. Email us at hei@forestspafinland.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with instructions for sending it back.
  3. Post the parcel back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it's unused, we'll refund your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days to show in your account.
