EU Shipping Update
We currently ship within the EU to Sweden, Finland, France and Germany. This is due to new EU Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations, which require brands to register separately in each country before shipping packaged goods.
We are completing these registrations and will add more EU destinations as they are approved.

Returns
I want to return my item, what do I do?
This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer or other online retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.
Please email us at hei@forestspafinland.com if you would like to return your item. Proof of purchase is required.
Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
