• Fill your sink with hot water. Place the Nordic Water Activator Facial Sauna Pouch in the water and leave to diffuse for 20 - 30 minutes.
  
• This is the perfect time to make yourself a pot of herbal tea, slow down a little and embrace the time you’ve set aside.
  
• As the herbs release their natural goodness into the water, and the steam rises, enjoy the sensation of the herbal vapour rising to meet your skin and the aromatherapeutic benefits of the Forest Spa Water.
  
• Once the water has taken on a forest-like hue and the delicate, soothing scent of the birch and heather has been released, cleanse your face, then dip a clean, soft cloth into the water and use to remove cleanser.
  Gently rinse your face with the soft Forest Spa Water, allowing the soothing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants from Nordic Birch and Heather– to revive, soothe, and purify the skin.

1. Forest Spa Skin Compress:
   Squeeze excess water from the facial pouch and apply it to areas that need calming and purifying, such as open pores,blackheads, breakouts, redness, soreness, or simply hold in place at the temples for a moment of tranquility.
   
   The plants’ super_natural astringent and anti-inflammatory properties work to calm irritation, reduce redness, and infuse the skin with natural humectant hydration.
   
   
2. Forest Spa Water Tonic:
   Create your own Forest Spa Water Tonic by adding the Nordic Water Activator Facial Sauna Pouch to a bottle filled with boiled and slightly cooled hot water (around 100ml is ideal for each pouch.
   
   Leave to infuse overnight and decant into a cosmetic bottle of choice.
   
   Kept in the fridge where the Water Tonic will last up to a week – use after cleansing to remove product, or in place of your usual toner. Alternatively, decant to a spray bottle and enjoy as a cooling and refreshing facial mist to bring the benefits of the Forest Spa to your skin throughout the day.
